Hello everyone, nice to find you :) Hopefully I will manage to solve the email/ticket notifications issue we have. Precisely, we don't get any notification when ticket arrives. 

Is it possible to change that ? Is it related to some kind of Zendesk option we have that is not including the notifications?

Hello Anica,

have you checked under Admin Center > Objects and Rules > Triggers to see if the corresponding triggers are active and properly configured?
