Field can´t set to required

Hi,

 

we can´t do modification on this field. I want set it to "Required" to Solve" that if AI not find it, Agents still need fill it out.

This is not working.

Whenever installing an app, Zendesk specify app requirements for it and these can be viewed at https://{subdomain}.zendesk.com/api/v2/resource_collections.
 
It appears that the field you wish to change or modify is either mapped or automatically generated by one of your apps in Zendesk. You might need to contact the developer of that app to check on how they limit the ticket field customization / modification and if this can be changed.
