Translate tickets (including responses), not just the requester portions

If responding to a user in a different language, the translate button only translates what they had written, not what you reply with. It's pretty frustrating when working with a multi-touch ticket, having to copy/paste what you had written into a translator app. 

 

Perhaps I don't know of a setting but being able to auto-translate your responses would make things much quicker.

Hey Marcel,
 
I am not sure if you are talking about live messaging or not but I wanted to pass along this article your way. It seems that the reply is translated for the user but not the agent. There are some apps suggested as well for this at the bottom of the article.
