I need the ability to change this email address to my organization email address when we send any report to the users, I need it to say sender is support and not zendesk

Zendesk Explore team. This is a serious and urgent request. Please prioritize this soon. It helps a lot of organizations to build dashboards for their agents in a generalized manner and the agents can see their reports without us sending an email to every individual in the organization.

Hi team,

We would need the ability to create a dashboard for agents where they see only their performance details and not others. With the current flow and process, we don't have this ability. 

When the user opens a dashboard that I give access to, the user should be seeing his own stats rather choose the name. We need this ability badly. Please provide a solution to this so that we can provide access all the dashboards prepared by us to our agents.
