Hello everyone, our team devised a solution for this by utilizing the TamperMonkey Google Chrome Extension. This script will automatically deselect the checkbox.

Hey Shawna James - This feature has been heavily requested since 2017. I am unclear on the complexities of this task on Zendesk's end, but a developer on my team was able to write a script that runs on the TamperMonkey Google Chrome extension in under an hour to uncheck the textbox by default.
If Zendesk genuinely values community feedback, it should demonstrate that commitment through its actions.

I just switched to agent workspace as well and this is also a problem for my agents. Can Zendesk please do something about this? Dave Dyson (gmail)

I haven't noticed Draft Mode being made available to us.
Amisha Sharma Based on the conversations here, would it be exceptionally challenging on a UI-level to retain text when transitioning between an internal note and a public reply within the new agent workspace?

Hey Amisha Sharma! Any updates about this feature? We just moved to Agent Workspace and I have so many agents frustrated with this.
