What a nonsense guys! It should be the first thing in the service software that supports hyperlinks! I do not really get this why would you ignore this for almost 4 years when this issue was raised before....

Hey Harold,

Sorry to disappoint you but if you will type  - hyperlinks- in search here you will see that simple thing like this has never been put on roadmap and users that complained about it for last 4 years didn't have this fixed and done.

 

So, you are better off to different solution than Zendesk as looks this will never be done.

Hey guys, I'm on Team plan but I don't see this:

Click the Admin icon () in the sidebar, then select Settings >Tickets.

What I see is only this - https://www.screencast.com/t/rebv275Py

As per your initial post the Ticket setting should be available for me but it is not. What's up?
