Hi @..., I would like to second Oliver's feedback about the need for a pre-built tab that allows admins to review feedback comments, which also include the ticket # and the agent. Thank you!

Still very interested in Zendesk offering CES capability; I hope this gets picked up by the Zendesk team soon. In the meantime, is anyone using 3rd party integrations to capture your CES?
