Hello,
it would be a good addition to automatically switch statuses to a talk user when he/she's facing a technical issue. A good approach would be to automatically switch to offline status an agent which has missed 2 or 3 consecutive calls. After the status switch, a pop-up notifying the agent about this action would be ideal.

Hello,
Also something else i would like to add here is that, in Agent Workspace we don't have the option to separate paragraphs between the sentences, so when we are replying with a long shortcut the customer sees a long paragraph united.
Is this something is going to be fixed in AW?

Hello all,
Zendesk tickets format sometimes tend to get messy - by that I mean that on a continued conversation with an end-user via e-mails, all the previous messages are added up to the player's reply, making one ticket more time-consuming to read as you will have to scroll more and more. This is not a whim, but a suggestion to streamline the resolution time,
Any thought on that?

really nice workaround, any thoughts of how to export the Agents instead of all Users in a list?
