I have the same problem with telephone numbers. As is not a drop down I can´t link both.

Please create a Audit log acording to your product category. Logging group changes, hability to search and export, etc....

3. Need a placeholder for satisfaction reason

Yes please! We need to inform our Agents about which reason the user chosed, not only the coment.
