Exactly Eckhard.

Plus it's a ticketing system...what sort of bugs are worked on for several years that are a high priority?

User send email, support team receive email. Eventually close ticket.

Perhaps Zendesk is working on a Single Sign on with Azure? *Oh nice, ~three months ago this rolled out. Nice.

 

I will check out that DarkReader again though Dan, thank you.

I don't think Zendesk cares about customers well-being

Zendesk if you're after money, hey I'll pay for a dark mode.
