Currently when you clone the ‘Zendesk Support’ Dashboard, it generates a legacy dashboard. I was hoping to use this dashboard as a starting template.

 

When can we expect the default ‘Zendesk Support’ Dashboard to be migrated to the new Explore dashboard builder?

Any update on this? The lack of this feature is the only reason why we have yet to implement the Customer Satisfaction survey.

This app would be a perfect solution if the parent project ticket could be separated from the reporting. If someone was assigned the project ticket and it take two months to complete will this effect their time to solve average in the reports?
