If the initial ticket contains an attachment, is there any way to include the attachment in the CC notification email?

Okay, I figured it out. The "processed" message is referring to a merge tag error. This is because the customer's first name field was empty.
It would be tremendously helpful if we could have access to the First Name field in our smartlists.

When I send a bulk email some of the results say that the email has been processed and there is a link provided to compose a new email for those recipients. What does this mean?

Another thing that I would like to see is a sortable field for Mailchimp subscriptions. Right now, I am never sure if all of my customers are subscribed or not. Adding a field that could be sorted in the Contact Smartlist would be appreciated!

If Automated Actions cannot be tailored to individual preferences, then this functionality is not very valuable. If you want to create a truly great program, then each agent or team should be able to customize it. Having one setting on a company-wide level does not reflect the needs of real life sales teams. These sort of actions can be tailored in Support, why not Sell?

Is there a way to customize these actions for individual sales reps rather than the whole team? Our sales team has 5 people and each of us have different styles and different types of customers. I want to set up these automatic actions but only have them apply to my actions, not the action of someone else on the team.
I know that I can control who the action is assigned to. But there doesn't seem to be any control over who controls the action. In other words, when I set up an action for a when a new lead is created, can this be limited to just leads that I create? Otherwise, I am not sure that this feature is very useful. Thanks!

I have the same issue. It seems absurd that we enter the first and last names in separate fields yet we cannot extract that data in a Smartlist. Apparently the only solution is to export the entire database in SETTINGS>EXPORT>EXPORT. Which this is not convenient either as I have manipulate the data to separate my data from my coworkers.
Zendesk, please add the ability to export First and Last names as separate fields in Smartlist. Thanks!

Laura Hippert. This doesn't work either. The "person" field brings up both the first and last names, just like the field in the smart list that says "contact." It is no different.
It is unbelievable to me that we cannot access the first and last name (separate) fields!

Dane. The issue is that the Smartlist does not contain the field that I need and the complete Account Export doesn't work because it never stops running. I have let it run for 30-60 minutes and it is still exporting. So how can I export the data that I need?
