Hi there,

We have used Support for awhile but have only recently launched our Help Centre including the Community.

I'd love it if we could also reverse this and make it so we can go into the users Help Centre profile through their Support profile.

The data I can get currently on posts, comments and upvotes are great. However that is only if a member of the community is active. As we have just launched I'm really keen to have an idea on how many people have joined to see if they are sitting there and just need us to help instigate the conversation or if our marketing needs a different tactic because they aren't going to our community in the first place.

Being able to get these metrics would be really useful! And I believe I can get these if I could access their Help Centre profile.

It would be really helpful if there was the ability to create a post anonymously.

Currently you have the ability to vote on posts anonymously but we would like to provide our customers with the ability to make a post anonymously.

Although our community is restricted already to customers only and is not public, many of what our customers are developing are very sensitive and we have had many voice that they would feel more likely to make posts on our community if they were given the ability to do so anonymously so the question to the other customers cannot be traced back to them, although in the background on our end it could be.

We would also at times would like to instigate the conversation itself without our customers knowing it is us starting this.

This feature would be very valuable.

If anyone has had work arounds that they have tested and liked the result of, I'd be very keen to hear these!
