I noticed that clicking "get help" in Guide directs me to send an email to serviceincident@zendesk.com instead of opening a chat window as stated here. Similarly, clicking "give feedback" takes me to this 404 page instead of Feedback - Help Center (Guide). Just wanted to point this out since both buttons work correctly in Support and Explore. Thanks!

Hi Dave,

Thanks for the reply. We actually already follow this process today. I looked up one particular agent whose account has been recently downgraded and then suspended, and I do still see their name on past tickets and the front end of the article. However, they are listed as "Unknown user" under the Author field in that article's settings and their name no longer appears in the filters.

After an agent gets deactivated, all articles they authored or own list them as "Unknown user" in the article settings. Since those articles can no longer be filtered by Author or Owner at that point, this makes the process of finding content that needs to be reassigned to another owner very manual.

I'd like to request that an "Unknown user" option be added to the Author and Owner filters, so that it's easy to regularly check for content that needs to be reassigned to another agent.

Hi, it would be helpful if we had the option to order article attachments the same way we can order subsections and articles when creating new sections (alphabetically, by creation date, or manually).

We have an article where we add a new attachment with updated data each month but also keep several previous versions for insight into what's changed. Having the ability to sort them by month would be great. Thanks!

Also very interested in this feature! +1 to having an option to publish updates with or without notifying the followers.
