Publication Feedback - Help Center (Guide)

Hi, 

Is there a way to get the Notification functionality in our Help Centre (ZD Guide) the same Zendesk uses for their Help Centre? Are there any third party apps I am missing or should it (or is it?) a native functionality? 

It would be very convenient for our end-users as well as our employees who get @mentioned and right now receive multiple emails. They'd rather check the notification right within our Help Centre.

Hi, 

Not sure if this quite belongs in this thread but we would very much like the Notification bell + notifications like Zendesk has in their Help Centre. Is something like this already available? Perhaps a third party app I'm missing? 

To be clear: I am referring to the notification bell to the left of my name. That way whenever a visitor signs in to our Help Centre they will be prompted to look at the notifications.

Hi, 

This would be great! And as Darren Bell mentions: Zendesk already has this in their own Help Centre. Would be great if this could be made available for their customers as well.

Any updates regarding this feature? Got some questions from my team as well. Lot of attachments are uploaded in our articles and contain relevant information. Would be nice to have search also crawl the information in attachments.
