3. Support should include a bell icon that provides a quick overview of unread @mentions

Hi,  This would be great! And as Darren Bell mentions: Zendesk already has this in their own Help Centre. Would be great if this could be made available for their customers as well.

Hi,  Any updates regarding this feature? Got some questions from my team as well. Lot of attachments are uploaded in our articles and contain relevant information. Would be nice to have search also...
