CommentaireSupporting multiple languages in Help Center

Our Help Center supports multiple languages, but not all the articles are translated yet. What is the best practice for modifying the URL address of referenced articles, within an article?  Should we always remove the '/en-us' in the URL address, OR will Zendesk automatically display the article based on the user's selected language?

Publication Q&A - Apps and integrations

We're looking for a Zendesk-integrated tool to create step-by-step troubleshooting and standard operating procedure flows (hyperlinked flowcharts) for both the agents and customers. A product called Procedure Flow looks like it fits the bill, but it's not tied into Zendesk.


Can anyone recommend a similar product?

When one clicks the User icon in the Context Panel, the following user fields are displayed:

Customer Name
Email
Phone
Time Zone
Language
Notes

How do we change what user fields are displayed here and in what order?

Publication Developer - Zendesk APIs

We have the chat client (https://developer.zendesk.com/api-reference/widget/introduction/) implemented on our own client mobile app, and the session closes after 1 minute of idle time. Any ideas on why?
