My question was being able to Preview the new style...now. - before the go live date. Not how I would view the new style as how an Agent will see it once it has gone live.

+1 to this. Zendesk have this feature on this site. I have a bell icon next to my name with a number inside a red circle and then all the Notifications on followed posts. So they know how to do it!...

Have I missed something?! Are they forcing people on to the Agent Workspace? I keep looking at it in our Sandbox and it doesn't seem to have improved any.

Our Views that use the "Group By Status" now look a mess because it only allows Group By Status Category - and not by Custom Status Name.
