Primary Zendesk support admin for CoreLogic AU also handle AWS Connect phone which is installed in our zendesk instance.

I'm guessing the feature "to set a date in the future" was added after this post was made. But there is now an option "set to a number of days from now"
I wanted it to display today's date when the trigger runs. So in the custom date field functionally put it as 'set to 0 days from now'
so far in testing this has worked as expected.

we need the ability to separate out users permissions to make organisations more secure.
we need to give agents the ability to update groups and user info. but block the ability to edit organisation data
right now in the role settings it is all or nothing.
the ability to edit a end user, should be a separate permission set to editing an org

a desktop app linked to zendesk should be an easy way to trigger an external sound when an incoming call happens
