We haven't heard any update from Zendesk's Product managers since June 15. Any progress on this? it's been months...

Chrome dark mode no longer works. We get constant updates that we do not ask for. At least add dark mode. This is TOO BRIGHT!

4. Can I require a ticket field to be set before moving to a status other than solved?

Any update on this? required fields are created for a reason. agents or any user should not be able to change the status if the required field is blank

Hi there,    Do you any updated on this topic? It would be nice to measure this on explore to have a better adherence report.  With the current lockdown and work from home, this is necessary.
