Hi All,  This was a sticking point for my company to sign up with Zendesk. They got us added to some sort of beta that allows agents (full and light) to use the Help Center forms just like end user...

I believe that there is a beta to allow agents to view the "Submit a Request" page. Can someone at Zendesk provide an update?
