Thanks for the tip! I tried it on my sandbox and my sections aren't appearing. I'm on the Swiftest Elk theme.

We're using Help Center and I think it's usually just an oversight that people respond to new posts via email, but in the future it would be helpful if they could respond to new posts via email!

@leon You can still use HTML code so I think you would be able to add iframes as long as you have the HTML code for them. (Sorry for butting in; a Zendesk person will probably have a better answer!)
