If comments are enabled on Articles and end-users comment on them, you cant get a notification or view to show, which articles or what comments have been made. This is useful to follow up on questions, feedback etc.

Hello,
So I've tried to set the same thing up on our account, but I cannot seem to get it to work. I believe the error starts on the Admin>Extension page.
This is my setup:
Can someone tell me if I've done something wrong? The CC e-mailaddress is not a Zendesk user at our end (should it be?).
Is there an easier way to set it up now?

This is not working for us either. We have only activated the trigger but it does not auto-assign the case. We have tried with several tickets. Any suggestions?
