deal breaker for me. I can't believe this isn't a feature. It seems as with most of Zendesk products the most basic customisation options are not available.

3. Customize / Edit Ringtone for Incoming Calls and Keyboard Shortcuts for Voice

+1 I am just introducing this system in to my team and the first thing they asked for was the ability to change the  Ringtone for Incoming Calls. This feels like such a simple feature.
