Hello everyone, I'm hoping someone can help me with my use case:
We serve multiple regions and, while we only need English, we need variations in specific words. Much of the content in the help center is the same and requires no translation. Is there a way to allow for users to surface all content in the Zendesk default language, but to view the translated article as per their browser setting?
It is not feasible for us to duplicate every article.

Good morning,
I am wondering if these metrics need to get updated - I am seeing Events such as Help Center Article Viewed but not seeing Help Center Article Clicked. I would assume that in order for a customer to view the content, they would first need to click. Is there something that I'm missing here?

Hi @...,
I was wondering if you knew of a way to manipulate the above to show no more than 2 tickets per agent?
For context, I use your suggestion to generate 20 random tickets per month, but some months it grabs 8 tickets from a specific agent and none from two others. This gives us a big picture, but not an accurate reflection of any data at an agent level.
I look forward to your suggestions.
