Hola Rob Stack, buen artículo.
Tengo una duda en "Tickets by first reply time brackets", por qué el motivo de que el índice de ticket "no replies" sea alto? Es realmente ticket resueltos sin respuesta? Influye que sea respuesta pública o privada?

He utilizado https://www.zendesk.com/apps/support/knowledge-base-to-pdf y funcionó bien la una vez, ya tenía pre-seleccionado un articulo.
Cuando he querido hacerlo por segunda vez y seleccionando otros artículos no funciona, no hay forma de que avance.
Hay otra app similar?
