Oh my goodness Gabriel! THANK YOU! They couldn't tell me anything, and after I left for the day... they still needed more info... You just saved my whole day! I DID use "set tags" for that ticket....

+1 here.. I saw on another post that it's apparently in the works but.. "This is currently only planned for Guide Enterprise. Since this is still in EAP, nothing is concrete yet " I'm disappoint...
