Es sollte der Inhalt und die Anhänge des geschlossenen Tickets im neuen Ticket sein, damit es z.B. weiterleiten oder auch als Email ausleiten kann.

es geht doch nicht, im neuen Ticket (Folgeanfrage) ist der Inhalt des ursprünglichen Tickets nicht drin !

Hat sich erledigt, man sollte das Folgeticket auch "speichern"

Klicken Sie auf Folgeanfrage erstellen.
Es wird ein neues Ticket erstellt, das die gleichen Daten enthält wie das Originalticket.
Wenn ich das versuche, ist das Folgeticket "leer", die Daten vom Originalticket fehlen !?
