Where are you with this Zendesk?Why does a system not email back to the email that submitted the ticket? what the logic?

is there a way to get alerted when there is something to approve? i see a Follow button but where does that notify you? Nothing sent out after testing.

Please bring back the numbers. We have multiple views, with 100s of tickets, where skipping to Page X was much more valuable than clicking Next many times.
