Publication Developer - Zendesk SDKs

We are trying to enable the user authentication using the link below for IOS (desktop)
Enabling authenticated visitors for messaging with Zendesk SDKs  however, my dev team is receiving errors from Zendesk

 

We have defined that Zendesk is not working on Safari iOS 12 and 13.
The following error we are receiving from the Zendeck:
SyntaxError: Unexpected token ';'. Expected an opening '(' before a method's parameter list.

Can I use proactive messages to a specific segment? Lets say I have 50 special customers I would like to send a specific message - is that possible?

Would it be possible to receive an update? We have just switched to messaging on one our our brand and yes its annoying that you cannot go back to the previous flow.

I have raised this issue in November, 2021. It is more than an year now and still no development.

In Agent Workspace when a client is chatting from the mobile app, he still does not see the agent's replies in his language.

Everything is working fine if the client is on the website chat. So, why it is is so hard to be implemented in the mobile chat?

 

Can we follow up on the issue reported regarding the SDK for app translation? We would like to investigate the matter further to determine why our customers are unable to see the translated sentences.

Hello

we switched to single sign on and we are not able to remove ''last name'' from the agent's profile - when trying to log in again Zendesk overwrites the first and last name again - is there any way to remove the agent's last name from his profile while using Single Sign on?

the situation is only in Support - chats works fine

Hello

We’re struggling with this fix and it seems like there is an issue with the Zendesk SDK.

We’ve found an issue with the ‘Department’ for the offline form in Zendesk Chat iOS SDK. The value (which is set via the ChatAPIConfiguration) is ignored and the ticket from the iOS app is created and displayed without specifying a department in Zendesk Chat history.

The same case with the same configuration works fine in our Android app.

We integrated according to Zendesk - Chat SDK v2 - iOS documentation.
SDK version: 2.12.0
