Had a user left a bad rating which they said did by accident, any way to change or remove it from the rating score?

Ifra Saqlain sorry to keep bothering you, I implemented the code.  If I click on an an accordion, it tries to expand all but I see one or multiple that doesn't expand

I was more thinking of expand all if I have let's say 10 accordion on the page.  I was looking for the ability to expand them all or collapse them all via a click/button/link.

is there code to collapse all or expand all?

I have a custom field that is date-based, I want to calculate from the time the ticket was created to when that field has a date entered. Essentially field change.

This is the custom metric I'm using but I get no results
