Chris, funny you say this. I opened  a case for this issue about a month ago and was redirected to this forum topic. But Rodney was cool and did not immediately close out the case like most ZD reps...

We have IT Managers that need to be copied n every time one of their employees sends us a ticket. So please add the ability to add end users to the CC through a trigger.
