This response of YES, does not seem to be accurate. If I call out from any of my external numbers, they all say TOLL FREE NUMBER. Is there a way around this to show the name which I have it listed as? Do I have to go directly to Twilio to control this?

I like the new view concept. You do have a lot of extra page space to add more columns if you needed. I would suggest going a layer deeper and instead of having the "product Access" as a column, to go ahead and create columns for all the products and then list by each name in the row, what kind of access they have for the product. Meaning, there would be a column for Support, Guide, Explore, Talk, Chat, and then in the row for each user it would list if they were assigned as an admin, agent, light agent, contributor.

Same question as 'pstrauss'. How can I set the caller ID to say our business name and not only the number?
