The agents must be able to read and understand the tickets, even if they come from another country/language, and the customers must also understand what the agent is answering.

ich habe leider keine Infos zu meiner Frage gefunden:

- Wie lange hat der Kunde die Möglichkeit, die Bewertung nach Erhalt der Email abzugeben?

Einer unserer Kunden hat sich beschwert, dass er nach einer Woche keine Bewertung mehr hinterlassen konnte und wir finden nirgendwo einen Hinweis, wie lang das Formular aktiv ist.
