It used to work with created_at only but now _with_timestamp is mandatory, like this created_at_with_timestamp

Mine stopped working since 03/31/2023 and it's not because of security settings / password / user changes on my side

Thanks Pulkit Pandey I added the code but saw no changes. Also for information in the guide editor the size is already wrong. Here is the link to an article with the issue

Hi Zendesk Community, I did as explained:  Made the checkbox mandatory and filled the 3 variables in the code (checkbox ID, dropdown ID and i kept abcd as a value) and for any other value than abcd...

This is still a big issue. Every agents of the company can access make outgoing calls with any number of the company. This should not be marked as "Answered" because the issue is still existing
