Any news on this request? I'm also wanting to prioritise chat visitors and all my agents have all the skills so I don't need to create a new department. Just have the ability to change the priority - you can do this with email by including a word in the subject title - maybe chat needs a subject title option? Or is this already there and I just don't know… LOL!

I had the wrong template name in the other brands. All good now thanks.

It only allows me to use the main brand for creating an article - when we have a ticket open in another brand we no longer have the template there? Is there somewhere to apply this to all brands? Thanks, Nikki

I also see a lot of my tickets with Null values due to this. I then have to go through them and verify them - painful!
