Hello,

 

since today I have ended up in Zendesk finding out that instead of O,P,S next to ticket status, now we have the full text Open, Pending, Solved and etc. This change has reduced my useful work area and now important parts of the subject is not visible anymore and replaced by … which is preventing from clicking on the exact necessary ticket as our tickets are usually with predefined subjects where at the end is the more important information..

The reply at the bottom is succesfully hiding and making unusable my monitor. You should give the right to people to choose.
