Walter Bellante - Apologies for the wrong terminology, yes I am referring to dashboards. The migration tool looks way too complicated & time consuming for me to invest my efforts. I built a dashboard from the standard and it now has 76 items in the migration list.

It will be much easier for the standard dashboards to be migrated FIRST, again, please confirm more specifically when this will occur. ie. month & year.

Walter Bellante are you able to be more specific? I do not have the time to reinvent the wheel or build my reports again. What date will these pre-built dashboards be available to access?

Please migrate the standard Zendesk dashboards ASAP.

The migration tool is unhelpful and complicated. It seems it will be easier to use the standards as a base & adjust from there.

Please ensure this is done before you remove all of my reports.
