Hi Zendesk Team!

 

Any updates on this feature ( display the queue position and confirmation that a transfer is in progress via the chat widget/messaging)?  In 2024, a chat feature should not be lacking such a crucial element.

Hi! It is not at all clear to me if something needs to be changed in the frontend/website/apps where we display the chat widget for clients or if the changes are made only in the zendesk interface by the Admins. I mean is there any dev work that we should be doing?

Hi Dawn! Any update regarding this topic? When we will be able to see the MIN/MAX/AVG chat concurrency per agent, per hour, along with other agent level attributes. Thank you!

Hi Dave! For a company where more than 95% of users are created via chat or incoming emails, these notification are a huge annoyance to us and to our customers. I really hope you will find a solution to turn off this notification.
