Hallo Zendesk,
ich würde mir wünschen, dass im zendesk die Arbeitszeit der Agenten erfasst werden kann.
Agent loggt im Zendesk den Beginn und Ende seiner Schicht ein und Pausen werden automatisch von der Arbeitszeit abgezogen.
