When trying to create a placement, the sections within a category do not appear. This applies to every category in every Zendesk region (brand).
For example, on Mediaocean UK & Ireland, the category Buyer workflow (Prisma for Buyers) has 8 sections. See the following screen shot.
But after selecting Buyer workflow (Prisma for Buyers), no sections are displayed. See the following screen shot.
As a workaround, I need to search for the section to place my article. See the following screen shot. This is a major inconvenience.

We have Zendesk brands with different language settings. This causes the system to return the message “Missing translations” on the Article settings panel when creating multi-placements across those Zendesk brands, and the placements aren't published until you select the correct language settings for them. However, even after doing this and successfully publishing the articles, the “Missing translations” message still displays.

Based on your workflow, some article settings may or may not carry over to each placement. See my examples below.
Situation A – Multi-placement on one Zendesk region (brand) and multiple Zendesk regions (brands)
I created an article on Zendesk UK & Ireland via Article > Add, turned off comments, and added a label. Then, I selected Manage sections to add the second placement, clicked Done, and then Save. In this scenario, the label was there for both placements, and the comments were turned off for both placements. I did this same workflow for a multi-placement in one Zendesk region (brand) and a multi-placement across multiple Zendesk regions (brands) and got the same results.
Situation B.1. – Multi-placement on one Zendesk region (brand)
I created an article on Zendesk UK & Ireland via Article > Add. Then, I selected Manage sections to add the second placement, clicked Done, and then Save. Next, I clicked on one of the placements, turned off comments, added a label, and saved it. In this scenario, the comments were turned off for both placements, but the label was only on the one placement where I added it.
Situation B.2 – Multi-placement across multiple Zendesk regions (brands)
I created an article on Zendesk UK & Ireland via Article > Add. Then, I selected Manage sections to add the second placement on Zendesk US, clicked Done, and then Save. Next, I clicked on one of the placements, turned off comments, added a label, and saved it. In this scenario, the comments setting and label didn’t carry over to the other placement.

I clicked Add > Article in Mediaocean UK & Ireland, selected the placement, which was in Mediaocean UK & Ireland only, clicked Done, and then Save. Next, I clicked Manage sections to add more placements. But only Mediaocean UK & Ireland shows as an option. See screen shot. I don't know if this is by design. But I would expect to see all Zendesk regions (brands) to select where I want to add the additional placements.

The category Media finance does not show for all of the applicable brands. It only shows for Mediaocean Germany and Mediaocean APAC (see the example screenshot). It should display for all of them with the exception of Mediaocean Netherlands and France. Even doing a search for Media finance or Ignitia does not find it.

After selecting the brand for my article, the specific category I need to select displays 0 sections instead of the actual number of sections it includes (see screenshot). This prevents me from being able to then select the category and section for the article. Performing a search also doesn't return the sections.
