Agree with all above. This is a great feature but not possible to use if it's implemented on all groups / Agents in Zendesk. We need to be able to set specific Custom statuses for specific groups.

Hi!  I saw this and thought about a test I have been doing with encoding.ID.  You could if you have added [{{ticket.encoded_id}}] to the Subject add the same encoded_id to your E-mail from outside ...

I heard this is being worked on and is planned to be released Q4 or Q1 2023. We realy need this!
