I can't agree more with Simon on “the loss of being able to track our customers where they are and what they're looking at live is very disappointing.  ”

 

It's funny that the change was made without consulting customers properly ahead 

 

Full of frustration - product got updated for killing major functions.

CommentaireSetting up Agent Workspace

I felt Agent Workspace is awful as it broke our mobile chat support. 

 

I would like to deacviate the Workspac by following this document. Unfortunately there is NO such button in Admin Center where I can go to Agent tools > Agent Workspace and Delect  “Turn on the Agent Workspace”

 

How come Zendesk upgrade keeps breaking exsiting features  - over the last serveal years we only expeirence service interruptions with various upgrades.

I just don’t understand how new features/updates like this ‘messaging’ have completely broken our mobile chat functionality—we can no longer receive chat requests on either the Zendesk chat mobile app or the web app.

Your online chat support was unable to resolve the issue, and after several days of waiting, the matter was simply escalated to your backend technical support team.

This update feels poorly implemented, to say the least.
