This is an essential feature for call centres. Unfortunately, Zendesk isn't the only CRM missing this. Gamma are still working on this feature.

I find it odd how you can book dates to be closed on 'schedule' within the admin centre but you can only amend hours within the current week.

You need to add a calendar where you can select the dates where you require amended hours. A lot of companies have different hours for bank holidays as opposed to just closing.

I believe there needs to be a feature which allows tags from a ticket closed by merging to show on the ticket that it has been merged with.

This would help with reporting in Explore. Due to this not being a feature I am having to create a new report just to look at one tag specifically.
