    Hi Chandra,  Thanks for the reply! We have to maintain our help centre for our FAQ and store information.  We have had customer complaints as it gets confusing as they are getting emails to sign up...

    End Users receiving Welcome Emails

    We have had some of our customers (end users) receive welcome emails to zendesk. We really want this to be disabled because they shouldn't be getting access to our own systems.
