Katarzyna Karpinska What is ZD's long-term plan for popular, yet never addressed feature requests? It's especially frustrating when many of these asks are for functionality that seems like table stakes for any basic content system. It's glaring that this, nor the ability to get notifications when articles are updated have been missing for 7+ years. This is 101 stuff. When can the building blocks be prioritized, instead of the polish?
We went looking for this function when our product rebranded in 2019. Here we are, five years later, ready to launch something new, and the global find + replace is still not available. I don't think I can recommend contract renewal due to these practices.

It appears that the editor experience in Zendesk guide has changed without any notice. Previously, all settings were accessible from the same right-hand pane. We could choose audience, promotion status, labels, and attachments from the same pane we saved and published from. Now there's an extraneous click added to the workflow by having to select Article settings at the bottom.
Can this change be reverted, or can we restore the experience through a Guide setting? Are there release notes, announcements, or other warnings for these types of changes?
