Hello, Guys!
I have a question about Zendesk Contextual Workspaces.
Will available apps and macros change in the agent interface once we set up a new Contextual Workspace for the specific scenario?
For example, I have Contextual Workspace for damaged item refund. Once agent opened ticket with this Workspace, agent will be able to choose between damage-related macros and categories.
Please, correct me, if I understand it wrong. I read available Zendesk articles about workspaces but still need some clarifications.

Are workspaces real-time features? Will workspaces update and show selected lists of macros/apps for the specific scenarios? Or after agent set the category of ticket for example?
