Hello, 

During the initial migration to Zendesk, embedded code from the previous HC provider was included in the articles.  It doesn't impact the functionality, but I would like to avoid future problems.  Is there a way of searching for and stripping all of that code automatically?  It is a long manual process because I have to get into the code of each article individually.

Adding my vote.  After problems with an import, I have multiple articles written in different languages but classified as US English.  It would be great to be able to quickly sort them into their proper languages without copying and pasting into new articles and deleting the old ones.  Particularly since images are often lost when you copy and paste.

Publication Feedback - Help Center (Guide)

As an organization, we use Smartling to translate our product and Guide articles into multiple languages.  To estimate the cost of this work, it is necessary to have an accurate word count for the articles in Guide.  Would it be possible to generate a word count either as a metric for Zendesk explore (total number of words written per language) or as a count in the Article Settings?  Or both!?
