+1 We were looking at switching to the new CSAT experience, we love the idea of the emojis and a rating scale, but learning that the satisfaction on the Agent Dashboard is gone has stopped us in our tracks.
Our support team's KPI is mainly focused on this satisfaction score, and if they receive a bad review, they need to be able to see it so they can contact the Requester immediately.
Agree with the other comments, make this an option in the admin center (and even per group) if Admins are not wanting their teams to see their satisfaction ratings.
