Just wanted to check if we have this new data set available now in explore?

We are also hoping if in this new data set, it will allow us to capture average time end user spends in our KB.

Missed messaging session is part of the things we are measuring. Can we please ask to have a metric / attribute in Explore that would help us measure this.

Is there a way to add other componets other than apps?  Can we add knowledge capture app as a component for layout builder?

Is there an option to assign layout to each group?

Im testing omnichannel routing, it appears to be working in all channels except in Side Conversations.

Even if I add the routing tag, it still does not auto assign. Is there a configuration that needs to be done on our end? A button to switch? or if Side conversation is not included in the auto assign is there a way for us to get the SC's  auto assigned?
